Hello! I’m Katie and I’m much better in person than on paper. I have the very best job working in Athletic Communications and PR at the University of Michigan, and I’m so thankful for the opportunity to work with some of the country’s top collegiate athletes. In addition to my career, I wake up every day thinking about how blessed I am to have a wonderful husband, family and set of friends who support me in my endeavors, no matter how crazy they might sound. I also love animals and constantly wonder how I can possibly accomplish all of my dreams.

Hi, I’m Olivia, or Liv as a lot of my friends call me. I am the Assistant Director of Athletic Communications at Syracuse University. I have been blessed with so many great experiences and opportunities during time working in the sports industry. I aspire to be a great leader and mentor to those who are entering sports business and one day I hope to lead an external relations team of media relations and marketing. I am a lifelong Yankees, Islanders and Jets fan and enjoy spending time with friends, family and my dog Andi (named after Andy Pettitte of course!).

My name is Jen, and I’m a recovering East Coast native living in sunny San Diego. After eight years and stops at various levels in athletics, which included Buffalo for undergrad, San Jose for grad school, Penn State and San Diego State, I transitioned out of the industry in late 2017. I’m now the marketing communications coordinator at The Bishop’s School, a private school for grades six through 12 in La Jolla. While in collegiate athletics, I was on the CoSIDA Job Seekers Committee and helping people get the job of their dreams is still a passion of mine. Outside of work, I love animals and volunteer with a few animal welfare groups, reading historical fiction, am a dog and cat mom, and am engaged to a Marine. Please don’t hesitate to connect with me!

Hi! I'm Kristina -- a Pittsburgh native living in the south. I eat, sleep, and breathe all things social media. Currently, I'm a Social Media Strategist at Ignite Social Media Agency in Raleigh, North Carolina. I found my way here by way of Penn State Athletics, where I was the Associate Director of Social Media. When I'm not tweeting, you can find me cheering on one of my teams (Steelers and Nittany Lions, baby!) or exploring a new city/country.

Hi everyone, Danielle here! I’m the Director of Athletic Communications at Piedmont College and spend a little time now and then in front of the camera as a sideline reporter. I stumbled my way into athletic communications but found a career I’ve pursued passionately. I’m an Alabama-born sports fan with a special place in my heart for college football (but my allegiances lie with my alma mater Troy University). I’d love to connect with you!

I’m a sports marketing professor at Full Sail University in Orlando, where I’ve taught for nearly 15 years. My sports & writing journey started at Florida Southern College, as a mass communications major & volleyball player, through the University of Florida College of Law, with a specialization in intellectual property. I own Flying Mile 131, a social media management & brand consulting company, with clients in sports car racing. I’m also a sports mom to an active pre-teen boy- minus the mini-van (I have a red Camaro)- a half marathoner (32 of them!), die-hard Cameron Crazie, college basketball fanatic, and Lego addict. Most days, you can find me on the baseball field or in the classroom, in my Converse.

HI I'm Adrienne and I was born and raised in Staten Island, NY and currently work as a freelance sports photographer and writer.  I hold a BA in English, two Master’s in Education and is finishing her MFA in Non-Fiction Writing.  Before finding where I fit in the sports world, I was a professional chef and chef instructor in NY.  When I'm not photographing my alma mater Wagner College's Football and Men’s Basketball games (#GoSeahawks), I can be found working on her first novel.  I feel grateful to be part of a rapidly growing community of women in sports and would love to connect!
